These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the vvip55 platform. By registering an account or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set out below. Please read them carefully.
You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open and use a vvip55 account. Age and identity verification is mandatory.
Each player may hold exactly one active account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
vvip55 operates on certified RNG systems and independently audited games. Any attempt to manipulate outcomes or exploit platform vulnerabilities will result in immediate account closure.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted. Full details appear in Section 6.
Deposits and withdrawals are processed via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless context requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use the Platform. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. vvip55 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where this requirement is not satisfied.
2.2 Residency. The Platform is operated for and directed at players residing in Indonesia. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are accessing it from within Indonesia and that it is your sole responsibility to determine whether online wagering is lawful in your jurisdiction. vvip55 does not accept liability for any Player who uses the Platform in breach of applicable local laws.
2.3 Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. Individuals under legal guardianship or subject to court orders restricting their capacity to contract are not eligible to hold an Account.
2.4 Self-Excluded Persons. If you have previously requested self-exclusion from the Platform under Section 7, you are not eligible to create a new Account during the self-exclusion period. Any Account opened in breach of a self-exclusion request will be closed and any balance forfeited.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player may register and maintain exactly one Account on the Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. vvip55 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and to forfeit any balances held therein without prior notice.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number (NIK), valid email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. You agree to notify vvip55 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your Account. vvip55 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC). vvip55 may request, at any time, that you submit one or more of the following documents for identity and age verification purposes:
Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days of the request will result in Account suspension pending compliance. Withdrawals will be held until verification is complete.
3.5 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Any Real Money Funds balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC and any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. vvip55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). vvip55 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Platform's cashier page and are subject to change. As a general guideline, the minimum deposit is Rp 25.000 and the minimum withdrawal is Rp 50.000. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and Account verification tier.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) are typically credited to your Account within 1–5 minutes during normal banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–20:00 WIB). E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited immediately upon confirmation. vvip55 is not responsible for delays caused by banking system outages or scheduled bank maintenance windows.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Accounts are processed within 30 minutes on average. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, system maintenance windows, or where additional verification is required. vvip55 targets same-day settlement for all standard withdrawal requests received before 22:00 WIB.
4.5 Payment Method Matching. Deposits and withdrawals must use the same payment method and account details registered to your vvip55 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts registered in different names, or payment methods not previously used for deposits are strictly prohibited. This policy exists to protect Players from fraud and unauthorized use.
4.6 Transaction Fees. vvip55 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Any fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside vvip55's control and are the Player's responsibility.
5.1 General Betting Rules. All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules published for each product category (sports betting, live casino, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and crash games). Product-specific rules take precedence over these general terms where a conflict exists.
5.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is not valid until it has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform's system. In the event of a technical fault during bet placement, the affected wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Account balance.
5.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by market, event, and Account tier. vvip55 reserves the right to reduce stake limits for any Player at any time where irregular betting patterns are detected.
5.4 Sports Betting. All sports betting markets — including Asian Handicap, Over/Under, 1X2, and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets — are governed by the rules published in the Sports Betting section of the Platform. vvip55 uses real-time odds compiled by our trading team. Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. Mix parlay bets require a minimum of 3 selections; each selection must have a minimum odds of 1.25.
5.5 Live Betting. In-play betting is available on selected markets. Live odds fluctuate rapidly; it is the Player's responsibility to verify the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. vvip55 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time without notice, including during periods of significant score changes or technical instability.
5.6 Void Bets and Abandoned Events. A bet will be voided if the relevant event is abandoned or postponed and not resumed within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time, unless otherwise stated in the product-specific rules. Voided bets are returned in full to the Player's Account balance.
5.7 Obvious Errors. vvip55 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published as a result of an obvious error (e.g., a line or odds entry mistake). Where such bets have already been settled, vvip55 will recalculate and adjust the settlement accordingly. Players will be notified of any such adjustments.
6.1 General Conditions. All bonuses and promotions offered by vvip55 are subject to the specific terms published for each individual promotion, in addition to these general bonus terms. Where a conflict exists between a promotion's specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.
6.2 Welcome Bonus. New Players who successfully register an Account and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. The welcome bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount, and wagering requirement applicable at the time of your registration are displayed on the Platform's Promotions page. Welcome bonuses are available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
6.3 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion terms before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. For example, a wagering requirement of 20x applied to a bonus of Rp 100.000 means you must place cumulative wagers totaling Rp 2.000.000 using that bonus before the resulting balance is transferable to Real Money Funds.
6.4 Game Contribution. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. As a general guide:
6.5 Bonus Expiry. Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, Bonus Funds and their associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Any uncompleted Bonus Funds and derived winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
6.6 Maximum Withdrawable Winnings from Bonuses. Unless stated otherwise, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated exclusively from Bonus Funds (before wagering requirements are met) is capped at 10x the original bonus amount.
6.7 Abuse and Fraud. vvip55 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus; using prohibited betting strategies (e.g., zero-risk hedging across Accounts); or providing false information during registration to qualify for a promotion.
7.1 Commitment. vvip55 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. We provide a range of tools to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are available at no cost and can be activated at any time by contacting our support team.
7.2 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before the increase is applied.
7.3 Session Time Limits and Reality Checks. Players may configure session time reminders that display a notification after a specified period of continuous play. Players may also set session duration limits that automatically log them out after the specified period has elapsed.
7.4 Self-Exclusion. Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and all marketing communications will cease. Self-exclusion requests are permanent for the duration chosen and cannot be reversed early. To request self-exclusion, contact [email protected].
7.5 Age Restriction. vvip55 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Players are required to complete KYC verification, and vvip55 reserves the right to request additional proof of age at any time. Any Account found to belong to a player under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and all funds returned to the payment source.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
vvip55 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a Player's conduct falls within the scope of Prohibited Conduct. Such determinations are final and binding.
9.1 Platform Ownership. All content on the vvip55 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data — is the property of vvip55 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Platform's intellectual property.
9.2 Limited License. vvip55 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content.
9.3 Third-Party Game Studios. Games available on the Platform are supplied by licensed third-party studios including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with the respective studios.
10.1 Platform Availability. vvip55 strives to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. vvip55 is not liable for any losses arising from periods of Platform unavailability.
10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vvip55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from or related to your use of the Platform, even if vvip55 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.3 Maximum Aggregate Liability. vvip55's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the 90-day period immediately preceding the claim.
10.4 No Warranty. The Platform and all games and services available thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. vvip55 makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, with respect to the Platform or its content.
10.5 Player Responsibility. Players are solely responsible for their gambling decisions, the management of their Account balances, and compliance with applicable local laws. vvip55 is an entertainment platform and does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice.
11.1 Data Collection and Use. vvip55 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 KYC Data Retention. Identity documents submitted for KYC verification are stored securely using 256-bit SSL encryption. Such documents are retained for a minimum period of five years following Account closure in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. After the retention period, documents are securely deleted.
11.3 Marketing Communications. By registering an Account, you opt in to receive promotional emails, SMS notifications, and in-platform messages from vvip55. You may opt out at any time by contacting [email protected] or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Opt-out requests will be processed within 5 business days.
12.1 Right to Amend. vvip55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a proposed amendment materially affects Players' rights or obligations, vvip55 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to the address registered on the Player's Account and via a notification displayed upon login to the Platform.
12.2 Acceptance of Amendments. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact [email protected] to request Account closure and withdrawal of any remaining Real Money Funds balance.
12.3 Version History. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision took effect. vvip55 does not maintain a publicly accessible archive of previous versions of these Terms, but prior versions are available upon request by emailing [email protected].
13.1 Jurisdiction. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. vvip55 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated platform. The Platform's services are directed at players located in Indonesia; however, the contractual relationship between vvip55 and the Player is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform holds its operating license.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should first contact vvip55's customer support team at [email protected]. vvip55 will endeavor to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receiving written notice. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures of the applicable regulatory authority.
13.3 Player Remedies. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights to statutory remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws in Indonesia. vvip55 acknowledges that Indonesian consumer protection principles apply to its dealings with players resident in Indonesia.
